Competition Rules

One of the aims of the RoboFesta movement is to provide an Olympics style event in which as wide a variety of robot competitions are supported. This includes providing events suitable for all ages and skill levels.

You can get some idea of the potential range of competitions from the Japanese RoboFesta website (RoboFesta competition rules).

Competitions & Challenges

RoboCup Junior logo   A table-top robot football competition, particularly appropriate as a team buiilding exercise for children
Micromouse UK logo   Micromouse is a maze-solving competition in which small robots must traverse a maze in as short a time as possible.
RoboCup   Rules for RoboCup leagues (simulation league, small-size league, middle-size league, Sony four legged robot league, humanoid league)
RoboCup/AAAI Rescue Robot League   Supporting disaster rescue and recovery

As RoboFesta-UK events are scheduled, we will provide rules for the competitions they involve on this page. In the meantime, here is a list of rules for other robot competitions.
